June 12 - Watercolours in the Park
Sunday, June 12 at 11 AM
The Oregon Regency Society is please to announce a morning and afternoon of testing your watercolor skills in the beautiful Laurelhurst Park, Please bring a picnic for your own pleasure, your easel and paints. (we also have easels for purchase, please contact Nora for details)
We will be set up by the lovely little lake.
No skill required, just the desire to view nature in all its beauty as well as to enjoy the company of others.

August 20 - Nora's Day-Gown Workshop
The Oregon Regency Society you to Nora's Day-Gown Workshop. It is limited to 10 people. Nora Azevedo will be focusing on helping participants sew a day gown. If you have a pattern you are working on, or you need a place to start; or need time to work on your Wardrobe for the ORS 2016 Retreat, this is a great opportunity to get this accomplished.
Please bring your sewing machine and sewing supplies. Also, please bring your wallets, as Pioneer Quilts has reproduction fabrics at excellent prices and are they will be open for you to browse and buy your day-gown material prior to our event if needed!

The first ten people paid in full will secure the spots for the class. If there are many more on the list, we may hold another class.

September 3 - Tea, Targets, a Tournament and a Tipple
Join the Oregon Regency Society for a day of pleasant
society, sport, entertainment and diversions at the Villa Catalana Cellars Winery in
Oregon City. We will begin the day with a tea buffet under the shade of a
pergola while practicing targets with bow and arrow under the tutelage of an
archery master. A small tournament will follow with the award of a medal to the
top two beginner, intermediate and advanced archers! Then we will conclude the evening with a delicious buffet dinner, wine available for purchase from the winery cellars, while enjoying special
entertainment.
Costume admired but not required. There will be people in plainclothes mingling with us.
